Direct Hire Employment Opportunities

  • At present we are not adding any new direct hire employees to our payroll from the outset.
  • Instead, all persons potentially interested in joining our team as a full-time or part-time direct hire employee must initially become an “extended team member” via our Independent Affiliate Partner Program (IAPP) revenue sharing program.
  • One can remain choose to remain an affiliate as there currently is not any mandate for an IAPP participant to become a company employee.  However, IAPP participants interested in direct employment opportunities and consistently demonstrate desired value-add, commitment, competency and results are regularly evaluated and assessed for FT or PT direct hire positions.

Independent Affiliate Partner Program (IAPP) Summary

This program includes two distinctive options designed to match our needs and requirements with your specific interests and preferences (i.e., actively engaged revenue sharing participant or passive referral fee participant), availability and desired earnings, and relevant and applicable skills and experiences.

Option 1: Referral Affiliate Partner (RAP) Program

§          Open to all interested individuals, organizations, businesses, agencies, and other entities.

§          Participants generally will not be actively and directly engaged in closing revenue transactions. 

§          Primary role is to identify and refer prospective clients or advertisers to the MPN web portal (Advertising Solutions channel or Employer Solutions channel) to complete the purchase, or to the MPN office for assistance.

§          Registered RAP participants will receive a referral fee equal to 10% of the net revenues for every unassisted online transaction when their name (or entity) is selected as the referral source for online purchases using our e-Commerce Purchase and Ad Activation System.

§          Participants will receive a referral fee equal to 10% of the "initial" transaction only for assisted transactions. 

§          Such transactions are those where your referral clients or advertisers give your name when contacting MPN for assistance (via phone or e-mail), and hence the purchase is secured only with assistance from MPN, or MAAP or BDAP participants.

Option 2: Revenue Generating Partner (RGP) Program

Marketing and Advertising Affiliate Partner (MAAP) – General Offerings (Non-Employers)

§          Open to all other interested individuals, organizations, businesses, agencies, and other entities.

§          Targeting students and business persons with limited relevant experience. 

§          Participants are expected to be actively and directly engaged in closing and securing revenue transactions. 

§          Primary objectives are to identify, propose, and close smaller revenue transactions with entrepreneurs and small businesses, event planners, smaller employers, smaller non-profits, authors, and related general advertisers, clients and partners. 

§          Will focus on General Advertising (Non-Employer) offerings listed on our Advertising Solutions channel.

§          Participants will earn commissions up to 30% of net revenues on all transactions directly closed and collected by them on behalf of MPN.

Business Development Affiliate Partner (BDAP) – Employer Offerings

§          Open only to experienced business professionals, consultants, and entrepreneurs with relevant and sufficient skills and experiences. 

§          To be accepted into our BDAP program, one must meet the minimum listed eligibility requirements. 

§          Participants are expected to be actively and directly engaged in closing and securing revenue transactions.

§          Primary objectives are to identify, propose and close larger revenue potential transactions with larger employers,  corporations, and non-profits; government agencies (federal, state, local), advertising agencies, public relations firms, executive search firms, and related advertisers, clients and partners.

§          Will focus on Employer and Large-entity offerings listed on our Employers or Employer Solutions channel.

§          Participants will earn commissions up to 30% of net revenues on all transactions directly closed and collected by them on behalf of MPN.
