  The 5th annual Miss Black Atlanta USA Scholarship Pageant will take place on Sunday, April 25, 2004. Minority females between the ages of 17 and 26 will compete for scholarships, cash, prizes, and the title of Miss Black Atlanta USA 2004. The Pageant will be held in the new Student Center located on the campus of Georgia State University. Tickets are $10.00. Attire is semi-formal.
