  For candidates to be considered their birthdates must fall strictly between 1 October 1981 and 30 October 1990.
Candidates must be nominated by their respective organizations and must be active members.
Only nominations from organizations working on or interested in environmental and sustainable development issues will be considered.
Each nomination must have two candidates - one female and one male.
Note that English will be the main language of Conference. Participants are required to have a working knowledge of English.
