  The 18th annual GaETC Conference will be co-sponsored by the Georgia Educational Technology Consortium and the Georgia Department of Education. The DOE's Technology Leadership Conference (TLC) will be merged into the GaETC Conference, with the leadership sessions becoming a major strand in GaETC 2005. This collaborative effort will provide Georgia educators and technology leadership with a single unified technology conference. Last year's conference and tradeshow attracted nearly 2,000 teachers, administrators, technology and media specialists, technology coordinators, Department of Education personnel and other registrants from around the state interested in educational technology. GaETC is dedicated to the professional development of educators and the tradeshow is a valuable part of the conference experience. Each year, it provides attendees with the latest information on hardware, software, services and uses of technology
