While senior-level, university-led programs usually cost upwards of $1,000 per day, we are able to offer this program at a substantially reduced investment because we run the day concurrently with our Annual Conference.
As part of your HR University registration, if your busy schedule allows, you are invited to join us Monday, September 15 for the first day of our 24th Annual Conference — HR West™. We look forward to seeing you there.
HR University: Design Your HR Business Strategy * Despite the need for relevant, timely and high impact guidance and system-building by HR professionals, companies continue to downplay the strategic role HR can play. Executives instead look elsewhere for assistance in resolving tough economic and workforce issues facing them today. Senior HR professionals can and should play an enormous role in their organization’s strategic process by designing and building an HR Business Strategy.
This program dives into the components of a relevant, timely and high impact HR Strategy which will assist your company in achieving its business outcomes. By exploring key concepts such as business strategy formulation, execution and competitive advantage, we create core competencies and concepts that align to provide the support necessary to carry out strategic actions.
This full day program will explore the finer points of the strategic planning process, including various business strategy models and their practical applications within an organization.
