  The Private Eye will feature "Under Color of Authority," a sardonic fine art series of 34 original hand-sculptured badge designs and a fascinating pin produced by Griffin Moss the collaborative pseudonym of Venice-based artists Ron Griffin and Bryan Moss. The surrealist series demonstrates the relationship between art and crime and was motivated by the history of police misconduct and corruption in Los Angeles. The event includes live and silent auctions of the entire Griffin Moss original badge series and a portion of the proceeds will benefit the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) of Southern California.
