  The Valley Concert Chorale, the Tri-Valley's premier chorus, will hold auditions for the 2008-2009 concert season by appointment on Monday, September 15, 22 and 29. The Chorale is seeking experienced singers with sight-reading skills who enjoy singing exciting and challenging music. To schedule an appointment, call (925) 462-4205.

Perrformances in December of Handel's Messiah with the Pacific Chamber Symphony at the Bankhead Theater in Livermore, and two concerts featuring Respighi's Laud to the Nativity and Vivaldi's Gloria. In March, the chorale will perform Rossini's Petite Messe Solennelle, and in May a lighthearted concert of movie and musical favorites.
