This Rhythm in Action workshop offers you an opportunity to discover the power of making natural, human music in a process that is designed so everybody can participate at their own level.

The "rhythm journeys" in this workshop will invite you to go beyond your self, to the present moment, to the rhythms, to the sounds, to a full, embodied experience of rhythm and sound!

Join us for an evening of "The Interplay of Passive and Active."

In this class, we will use the TaKeTiNa Rhythm Process to:

* explore the roles of passive and active in your life
* awaken your inner observer
* discover new ways of being and relating
* discover inner silence
* experience the power of natural music
