Please enter the initial information requested below in STEP 1 and click on SUBMIT to start your online order. MPN will use this information to contact you should there be any questions about your order or should there be an error during processing.
On the next form, in STEP 2, you will select the desired "QUANTITY" and "AD OFFERING" from each line item dropdown menu category and click on "ADD TO CART" to add an item to your order.
On the next form, in STEP 3, the system will automatically generate and display a unique MPN Customer ID. Please note this system generated MPN Customer ID and the password you enter below.
On the next form, in STEP 4, please verify that the items selected and order total is accurate, and select the "CLICK HERE TO PURCHASE" button to continue.
You will then transfer to MPN's SECURE Online Order Payment Verification System. Our e-Commerce system is powered by -

You will enter your credit card number and expiration date, credit card security code and other related billing data via the VERISIGN interface.
After your credit card has been authorized, you will be transferred to the MPN Online Order Purchase Activation Menu, validating that your transaction has been approved. Please follow the listed instructions to activate your purchase.

Note that for your security, your credit card number and card expiration date WILL NOT be entered or saved anywhere on the MPN site or in any MPN database.

Please also note that an electronic Order Purchase Confirmation receipt will be sent to the e-mail address entered via the Verisign interface. If you desire a hard copy, please print the e-mail confirmation for your records.
